Why to go: Chefs from some of the hottest spots in town will give cooking demonstrations at the Culinary Pavilion (open 2:30-7 p.m. Saturday-Sunday).
Demo Schedule: On Saturday, join emcee Steve Dolinsky in welcoming de cero's Jennifer Brooks (2:30 p.m.); Sushi Wabi's Worachai Thapthimkuna (3:30 p.m.); Veerasway's Tyler Williams (4:30 p.m.); Stacy Marshall of Whole Foods (5:30 p.m.); and La Sardine's Sotero Gallegos. On Sunday, LeeAnn Trotter hosts Marche's Matt Tobin (2:30 p.m.); Red Light's Jackie Shen (3:30 p.m.); Macello's Giovanni DeNigris (4:30 p.m.); Abe Conlon of Whole Foods (5:30 p.m.); and Tim Trimas of Aroma on Randolph (6:30 p.m.).
Additional info: Participating restaurants include Aroma, de cero, La Luce, La Sardine, Macello, Marche, Red Light, Sushi Wabi, Veerasway and more. The event benefits the West Loop Community Organization.
