| Chuck's Wagon is the band name for songwriter/mutli-instrumentalist Chuck Pinney. They play bluesy country with a slghtly "jammy" edge. Chuck Pinney has been playing in Chicago for many years in bands like Word Bongo (an XRT "Local Anesthetic" winner in '94) and Jack Salamander. He was also the house bass player at Carol's country bar on Clark for a summer in '96.
Chuck formed "the Wagon" 2 years ago and has played smaller venues including a regular stint at Bar Vertigo on Thursday "Twang Nights" last year, with singer/songwriter Dave Schultz. For more information, visit their website: http://www.chuckswagon.org
