Hatbacks is a mix of all the greatest elements of rock and roll over the past four decades. They combine the great musicianship of the 60's and 70's rock with the sexiness and style of 80's rock, pouring in the emotion of 90's rock, all while maintaining the freshness of modern rock. They are a perfect compendium of great music presented in an entertaining way.
The four members of Hatbacks have played in thousands of shows combined over the last five years and now come together to create this wonderful act. They have been playing indevidually for over 15 years. The core of the band is the lead guitar (Eric) and lead singer (Jen) that also do acoustic rock and roll with the same energy and variety of material.
Over the past couple years Hatbacks has played together at venues around the Chicagoland area. Uniquely Thursdays in Hinsdale, Arlington Race Track and Navy Pier to name a few.
