| With the release of their first self-titled EP at The Hideout in mid-Septmeber, High Hawk announced itself as a newly formed quartet comprised of musicians representing a broad spectrum of musical training and styles. Their albums and live performances are centered around original music and lyrics drawing from the varied American vernacular and infused with rhythmic and melodic structures from the world abroad.
