| Local jazz sax player has played with numerous jazz luminaries including: Jaco Pastorius, Ira Sullivan, Gerry Mulligan, Charlie Haden, Frank Sinatra, Maynard Ferguson, Bob James, Ramsey Lewis, Chuck Mangione and Clark Terry. He has two solo albums on Sony/CBS and has recorded over 2,000 commercials. He has been a jazz faculty member at DePaul University since 1983, as well as Elmhurst College
Mark Colby currently records for Chicago based Hallway Records. He has released 3 critically acclaimed albums. His most recent album, Speaking of Stan reached number 3 on the national jazz radio charts.
