 Undoubtedly one of the unsung heros of Chicago's underground dance music scene, Michael Serafini has been spinning in countless clubs to countless crowds for over ten years. As one of the head managers and buyers at Gramophone Records since 1995, Michael's influence on the Chicago scene cannot be understated; he provides and selects records for most of the working djs here in the city.
Stylistically speaking, Michael is an innovator. His sets are a hypnotic blend of deep and progressive grooves, with it's eyes on the future while still maintaining a respect for the past. Currently, Michael is in the process of adding production and remixing duties to his resume, constructing tracks with vocalist Javante.
