My Life With The Thrill Kill Kult

With Ministry and The Revolting Cocks, TKK were the leaders of the late '80s industrial music revolution which centered in the city of Chicago.

Originally conceived of as the title of an autobiographical movie chronicling the true-life adventures of Franke Nardiello (Groovie Mann) -- who still lives in Rogers Park -- and Marston Daley (Buzz McCoy) -- who has moved to San Francisco --, the band has gone on to record six albums under the name over a ten year span. During that period, Nardiello and Daley have collaborated with a considerable number of others on TKK, including keyboardist Thomas Thorn (aka Buck Ryder), who currently leads the Electric Hellfire Club, Ministry's Al Jourgenson, TKK's one-time guitarist, who was instrumental in this bands' signing with Wax Trax! Records in 1987, and Bomb Gang Girlz, a revolving cast of (mostly) female back-up vocalists.

The band plans to release Diamonds and Daggerz sometime in October of 2004 on Rykodisc Records. Their last record was a live dance album entitled Elektrik Inferno Live (2002). Past releases include, A Crime For All Seasons (1997), The Reincarnation of Luna (2001), Golden Pillz: The Luna Remixes (2002), Sexplosion (1991), 13 Above the Night (1994), Hit & Run Holiday (1995), and Confessions of a Knife, Kooler Than Jesus, and their debut, I See Good Spirits, I see Bad Spirits.
