The band is now called Harmless... "The song-writing is grounded in folk-rock influences showcasing the sisters' lilting vocals. It is an ear-pleasing mixture of fiddle, feedback, harmonies, melodies and slamming percussion."
Sisters Leah and Claire share the vocal duties, evoking impressions of Natalie Merchant and overcast Irish days. Tom Murray, the violinist has played with the CSO and adds a pleasant twist to the aural mix. It's easy to listen to, but not "easy listening" or ear candy.
Though their release, Big City Small World/Clay Dog Records may be a bit flat, the Planet Warehouse live show is quite energetic.
