| Ever had a mad fiddler in your lap? At the Locals'' live shows you may just get that! Energetic live performances are just one of the trademarks of this Chicago-based band. The Locals sound is a spicy sonic cocktail of rambunctious, rootsy-rock! The recipe goes something like this: start with a scoop of Jimmy eat World, Melissa Etheridge and Dave Matthews Band, throw in a dash of No Doubt and swirl it around with a dollop of Ani Difranco, served hot in a sweaty 20 oz, rocket red tumbler!
