| The Chicago native 5 piece pop group is the synthesis of members from predominate Chicago bands One Life and The Plain White Ts. Formed in 2004, The Waiting Game has co-written and collaborated with such musicians as Ben Davis (Sugar Cult), Steve Diamond (Britney Spears, Ryan Cabrera), PJ Smith (Def Leppard, Something Corporate), and Phil Solem (Rembrandts). Since their formation, The Waiting Game has quickly been garnishing a Midwest fan base; having played sold out shows at both The Bottom Lounge and The Metro, and has been featured live in the studio on Chicago rock station q101. Their newly released 6 song EP, "Wont Make It OK,” was recorded in Chatsworth, California under a production deal with producers Jeff Saltzman (The Killers, Black Keys) and Mark Needham (Cake, The Killers, Fleetwood Mac, Michelle Branch) and select songs are available to sample on their website, Pure Volume, or MySpace.
