The hardest post-bar decision in Chicago might lie in the wall between this and
Arturo's: two 24-hour Mexican restaurants located side by side at Western and Armitage. Both serve excellent authentic Mexican food at unbelievably low prices, and both offer easy, fast takeout and ample seating if you need to sit down for a little while before stumbling home. On a recent visit, Lazo's chicken taco slightly edged out Arturo's skirt steak taco in terms of quality, but Arturo's won out on price. It's a tough call, but either way, your hung-over stomach will be happy.
