I can personally vouch for this one. During college, my fro-yo-addicted friend and I would pile in her car (an embarrassing number of times a week), sing Neil Young and drive to Wilmette for one (or two) cones of chocolate peanut butter twist.
Sure, you can get a number of salads, sandwiches, loaded baked potatoes and coffee in the morning, and if you're on any kind of diet (low-carb, low-cal), you'll do fine here. But it's the eight creamy flavors of frozen yogurt that have the real appeal. You'll generally find 10-calories-per-ounce options, along with non-fat and low-fat choices in flavors like peppermint and Godiva chocolate. My recommendation? If they have peanut butter, take it.
