Mixteco Grill is the latest venture of local Chef Raul Arreola and business partners Rodolfo and Rosendo Neri. Raul and Rodolfo come most recently from Fonda del Mar, and years earlier trained under Rick Bayless at Topolobampo. The Grill will showcase regionally-inspired traditional Mexican food with an emphasis on fire-grilled cuisine.
