Consisting of one large venue (seats about 900) and three smaller studio theatres, the Athenaeum is one of the more popular theatrical venues. The large stage in the main theater is popular with dance companies. Renovations on the space were completed in 2004; changes include a more visible and eye-pleasing addition to the building's front.
