| Named one of the Outstanding Chicagoans of 1996 by the Chicago Tribune, Ina Marlowe was producing artistic director of Organic Theater Company from 1996 to 2005, a board member of the League of Chicago Theaters, an affiliate artist with the Professional THeatre Training Program at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and a past member of the Theater Panel of the Illinois Arts Council. She has led more than a dozen midwest premieres, and has been honored with The Distinguished Alumni Award from DePaul University. Her direction for A Moon for the Misbegotten won her a Joseph Jefferson award for direction.
