| Northwestern School of Speech alum (class of '81?) was nominated for Best Actress in a Play for her role starring opposite Woody Harrelson in the Broadway revival of The Rainmaker. She is one of three NU alums nominated for a Tony in 2000. She's also appeared in a number of feature films, including Free Willy (1993), Free Willy 2: The Adventure Home (1995), and Blank Check (1994), as well as a number of made-for-TV movies and guest appearances on Moonlighting, The X-Files, and The Practice.
