| Glen Ellyn native plays Jack McFarland on the NBC-TV sitcom Will & Grace (winner of a People's Choice award for best new comedy series). An Illinois State University music major, Hayes has acted at Steppenwolf and the Organic Theatre, and was the music director at Pheasant Run Theater in St. Charles for 3 years. After moving to LA, he's appeared in dozens of commercials, as well as the gay romance Billy's Hollywood Screen Kiss.
